Jennifer Armitage works with public sector and non-governmental organisations to improve the quality and efficiency of their services.
Jennifer has 10 years of experience in public sector management specialising in healthcare delivery and improvement both in the UK and developing countries. She has particular expertise in delivering Value for Money programmes. Jennifer developed her approach to public service improvement at the London School of Economics, CIMA and Accenture. She has worked for the NHS, on projects for the UK government, including 10 Downing Street, and recently led a London teaching hospital’s £75m Value for Money programme. Currently Jennifer is based in Nigeria developing and implementing Value for Money frameworks for UK Aid funded projects.
Jennifer has strong leadership skills, focused to provide direction and build teams to deliver results. She combines a democratic management style with proven analytical and problem solving skills to gain buy-in for evidence based change. She has excellent interpersonal skills, used to negotiate and manage relationships up to Chief Executive level.
